What a ripoff
I was ordering before the larger can but it became unavailable so Amazon suggested this product. It was my fault for not reading the fine print. $1.42 per ounce is very high as I was paying about the same for almost 4 pounds before.I went to Walmart today and bought a can of the larger amount for $16.98.Recommend DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIERBut keep buying the product elsewhere. Not a good value

"Buy Again"? -- NOT!!!
My complaint is only about the price for the amount of product. When I went through my "Buy Again" list, the 4.5 pound size item (53 servings) must have been unavailable and this one suggested as an alternative. I selected this based upon the price being more than before but close enough to what I paid before, so I just ASSUMED that the amount of product would be the same for about the same price. WRONG! This one is only 13 servings instead of 53! $1.42 per ounce vs $.28 per ounce! It appears now that this one has a different formulation (28% milkfat, vs just "whole milk" of the other one), so maybe that makes it "baby milk" formula, which is not obvious from the LARGE print on the label, but now I'm stuck with it. So pay close attention to what is suggested as a "Buy Again" alternative. I only want powdered milk as a temporay alternative to regular dairy milk and the regular "whole milk" version was better tasting than the non-fat dry milk that is the only product that I find in local stores. Maybe I can thin this one to 1/4 strength for similar results.

AAA+++ powdered milk, but pandemic price gauged price.
Update - I purchased this back in April, see review below, and was quite pleased with the quality overall. It was great for about 4/5 months, and then, since that time, I've been using fresh milk. But just now I tried using it again after running out of store milk, and its behaving like curdled milk - separating into little white flakes and not mixing into my hot coffee whatsoever. That's good news on one level, it attests to it being a relatively natural product, but the expiration date states February 2022, and I have it stored in its original can. Not sure whether keeping it in the refrigerator might have helped, but am a little (not terribly) disappointed.Nestle Nido powdered milk is such good quality that you literally can't tell the difference from regular milk. I got it for my coffee and it dissolves instantly and tastes and looks virtually identical to regular milk - no subtly 'different' taste, it's truly indistinguishable from regular milk, at least in coffee. However, I'm disgusted by the inflated pricing. This is a 14.1 oz can, 5" H x 4" diameter and normally would not cost nearly this much, but greedy vendors across the board are taking advantage of the pandemic to inflate prices. I would have given 5 stars if not for this.

Nido blows my mind
What's not to love about Nido? Honestly. I’ve never tasted another powdered milk substance that tastes more like milk. While it does inevitably has a different texture, I could live my whole life drinking Nido and not miss milk at all. It contents me that much. And that's saying a lot, especially since milk happens to be my favorite food.My family uses Nido when we go camping. It packs well and you don't have to worry about it spoiling in the car or in the heat. I also use it to thin out the other dry liquid powders I have in my pantry, such as hot cocoa powder or chai tea powder. Adding Nido to these is convenient because then I don't have to warm up a cup of milk before hand; all I have to do is boil the water, add the mix, and voila! I have a nice, steaming cup of *Milky* cocoa ready to drink on a cool, rainy day. Another perk of this trick is that it saves me money. I can go twice as long with whatever powder mix I buy if I thin it out with Nido first.

This is a 14.1 OZ can! Small container NOT bulk size.
Please be aware that the picture looks just like the large container. When it arrived I was shocked to see that I had paid so much for such a small container (this was my fault as the ounces is clearly listed). We paid way more for this small container than normal. No returns. The product itself is great, but beware of the size.
