It is like the modern quality of name brand instant mashed potatoes. It is almost as good as its fresh equal. I drink and use mostly almond milk, but for cooking (sauces, breads, mac & cheese, etc.) I use this product.

This milk is delicious—creamy, rich, and it tastes like real milk. I know it’s not organic, and I try to avoid big brands for environmental and health reasons, but this one’s my guilty pleasure. I’m not a heavy milk drinker nor is my daughter. But this powdered milk is my go to for both of us. We both enjoy it. Sometimes I just like to eat the powder in itself. It’s a decent size for the money
