I ordered these to put in a pair of heels I had recently purchased that ended up being a little loose. I couldn’t size down comfortably, so I needed something that helped to keep my shoes from slipping off as I walked. These did the trick! They added cushioning and just the extra support I needed to keep my shoes on my feet without rubbing blisters on my heels. Worth the money and easy to use! They weren’t even noticeable inside my shoes, which is an added bonus! If your shoes rub blisters, are a little loose, or have an uncomfortable heel, these are what you need!

These shoes are ideally suited for my needs. While a size 8 proved too constricting and a size 8.5 too loose, the addition of padding has resolved the fit issue. Although not yet adhered, the padding's current placement ensures optimal comfort.

There are time when shoes that might have fit well in the past become a bit loose for some reason. That's what happened to my pair of Ferragamo shoes after a couple of years of being in the closet during Covid. So, when I finally slipped those shoes on, it felt loose (probably also due to my losing weight as well). I had to buy these heel liners so my shoes would not slip off. These worked very well: they are super sticky and easy to place. They haven't fallen off and I've been wearing my Ferragamo shoes for more than a year now. I used these liners for other shoes and they've managed to stay on well. Totally recommend!

I got these for my work heels and 10/10. My shoes always rub the back of my heels and cut them so having these cushions are amazing. I’m pretty impressived with the adhesive. I will be getting these for every pair of shoes I own.

Works exactly as I hoped! My heels were slipping off the back of my foot, but these helped fit them snugly against my foot, and I didn't have any problems with slipping after that. I also added these cushions to the area that supports the ball of my feet for extra comfort. I would not say they are easy to remove and adjust -- once they stick to the insole, they're stuck. Nice product.

The BEST insert on the market. I bought a size 7.5 she’s but was slightly snug, so I went up half a size in order to accommodate the width but the 8 is a loose as it’s slipping off in the back of my heels. I’ve bought several different kind of inserts and one fits perfectly. The cushion is thicker and the doesn’t slide. The adhesive is also strong enough that it doesn’t peel off from wearing it. I recommend this product. I will order more to have handy.

Good grips, they do stay in your shoe, but I need to also find some thinner ones, too. These are very fat. I often have to use this in my right shoe since my r foot is smaller.

Guy here. I've got a pair of leather boots that are a touch too big and a heel spur rubs against the boot causing blisters and a callus. This product helped my foot find a more snug fit in the boot and more comfort.The product is high quality and has high stickiness but the placement can be pretty tricky and took me a couple tries to get it right. At first the patch would come off and I'd find a bit of sticky goop on my sock. Once I got better applying the patch this didn't happen and my heel didn't hurt . Sometimes my foot would get stuck on the patch as I was inserting my foot but I've started using a shoehorn and this solves the problem. I'm putting on heavy leather boots so I do need to put a good amount of force into the boot so keep this in mind if you're using a pair of shoes that are easier to put on. These boots cost me $200 so I'm willing to be patient with my process. The different colors don't matter to me either so it's like getting a couple free tries before I buy a new set of the sticky patches.
