Great purchase, the fan regulator fits and works perfectly with the remote
The media could not be loaded. Fits well and works great on remote unlike the rider buzz. Although it was clear to install with instructions book they gave, I was having little trouble. Thanks to the seller's prompt support on video calls and chats, I was able to set up the connections successfully. Before delivering, the seller also called and confirmed if I had ordered correctly so that there won't be return issues.

Remote problem
Purchased two light and a fan model in 2021. Product is good and working fine. Humming sound is there for fan at low speeds. Remote is not working now. Its IR transmitter is continuously flashing. Like to know wheather it is repairable or only remote is available as replacement.

Stop working in under warranty
The media could not be loaded. After using 11 months it has stop working. And I am unable to find customer care number to claim warranty. Please help.
