This is a beautiful shower head. However we have had it installed for 5 months and it is already leaking. We had to remove the drywall to access the leak.

I'm editing to say the seller reached out and gave me a new part. My plumber said the part did not break but it looked like a strange defect that he had never seen before with a little pinhole. My new part is fine and watertight:-) I've updated to Four Star. It would have gotten five had I not had the initial problem it really is a beautiful piece with excellent water pressure.This product is beautiful I loved it upon installation. A few months later I noticed leaking in my basement. When the plumber looked he said it was a cracked mixing valve. I cannot figure out how to get a hold of the seller or the company to get a replacement. I'm hoping to get some help by writing this review so I can update it to higher stars because it really is beautiful. It was difficult to find a way to get a hold of customer service but once engaged they were very responsive and helpful.

I won't get to install this for a while but I wanted to leave my first impressions. It looks fantastic and will match my shower well. The hardware feels comfortable and durable. I think this is a perfect size for a shower like this for our water pressure levels. Any bigger and the flow would be much weaker. Unless there are mechanical problems after install, I don't see any reason this isn't worth the cost!

This shower head set makes our bathroom feel like a spa. The rain shower head is the perfect pressure for a spa like shower and the sprayer gives you that extra pressure when needed. The set was super easy to install and is made of good quality. There are no water spots and it’s feels luxurious.

I had a problem with the first faucet dripping. Customer Service was very helpful and quickly sent me a replacement.
