I was initially skeptical of Beta Ecdysterone but based on one scientific study's findings decided to give it a try. Been taking this product (2 pills a day at once in the morning on training days, and 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening on off days to 'maintain' the benefits). It takes about a week or so for the supplement to "kick in," in my experience. When used consistently, the product seems to lift up stamina, boost lean muscle mass and strength at the gym. I'm a seasoned weightlifter training for 6+ years now and focus on getting bigger and bigger (muscular). Ended up reordering.

Still debating whether I might give a higher score I haven't changed anything but this in my routine and diet but somehow feel like I'veput on muscle mass that shows without cutting. Tried lots of natural supplements over many years, creatine gives energy, and i’ve tried edclysterone b4 at lower dose but i never sustained it. Picked up again after a break from working out, i can say this acts like creatine, but i noticed a lot more pump and muscle size , other people notice too.
