Are these made in a nut free facility?

Thank you for contacting Chuao Chocolatier and for inquiring about our delicious chocolate and allergy peanut specifications.  We are a peanut free facility. Our products are manufactured in a facility that uses tree nuts. The tree nuts only refer to actual tree nuts (almonds, cashews, coconuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios).

While we clean everything in preparation for the next product, according to proper GMP guidelines and procedures, we want to make sure you have all the information necessary to make the best decision for your family and friends.

Is it shipped with ice packs or in styrofoam to prevent melting?

Why have these stopped selling in stores? I used to always get the potato chip bar & owner says they can't get anymore.

Hi there, We have not stopped supplying any of our chocolates (including our potato chip bars) to any retailers nor have we had any supply chain issues.   It could be the store owner was ordering from a distributor that is no longer carrying the item or has been out of stock at the distributor level.  The store owner can always order directly from our wholesale team if they are running into issues with a distributor.

What are the current flavors and how many of each? I just ordered a box and read that one flavor was removed in the fall last year?
