NOT WORTH it
The media could not be loaded. IF U WATCH THE VIDEO SKIP TO NEAR THE END . DONT BUY .. no Touch Bar .. I was looking forward for it THEIRS NO TOUCH BAR .. THE BATTERY IS SO OLD IT WILL TURN UR LAPTOP OFF EVERY 6 MINUTES IF NOT FULLY CHARGED AND EVEN IF IT DIED IN 30 MINUTES. THE LAPTOP IS JUST BAD.. THE SPEAKER ON THE LEFT DOESNT WORK EITHER.. FIX THIS

Battery life.
Came in good shape. Not many signs of use except for the battery health the battery life was really bad and worn out.

My experience is a 4/5. The laptop arrived with a small defect (battery failure). But the seller never left me alone. He paid me for the repair of it. For the rest, the laptop works perfectly. Cosmetically it is an 8/10 (better than I expected, since I bought it in the good category). I am satisfied and will buy again in the future.

Doesn’t seem refurbished
The laptop arrived covered in residue from removed stickers. It also had pretty serious overheating issues the first day and today has randomly shut down twice with issue. Will be taking to Genius Bar but very disappointedEdit - updating to 1 star. Apple confirmed hard drive is defective and I am now needing to return the laptop.

The computer is great I would definitely recommend it it’s really great for a college student really light got it for that reason definitely worth my money, came with a charger and everything and for safety they won’t deliver it to you without Id and signature so no worries about it getting robbed.

Decal/sticker on the surface - numerous scratches
A few issues: - the product has a decal/sticker on the surface, which was not mentioned in the product description - so, why it needs to be sticked the decal? - There are numerous scratches on the item as well. The keyboard has letter T brighter than other ones, it means it could be an issue or fixed/replaced with this key although it is functioning properly. The battery charges, but its performance is poor. It drops to 50% quickly and then shuts down suddenly, suggesting a potential battery health issue.
