Great MacBook
MacBooks are always tricky at first and the one shift key is a little touchy, but overall this MacBook Pro is awesome for the price. Perfect for those who want a MacBook, but don’t want to pay the full price.

Doesn’t seem refurbished
The laptop arrived covered in residue from removed stickers. It also had pretty serious overheating issues the first day and today has randomly shut down twice with issue. Will be taking to Genius Bar but very disappointedEdit - updating to 1 star. Apple confirmed hard drive is defective and I am now needing to return the laptop.

don’t buy this product
i personally would not recommend buying this product, when i got mine i was super excited to set it up and use it i’ve always wanted a macbook, it kept showing me a screen about installing a disk and whenever i’d try to install said disk it would not let me. i let my neighbor that works on computers and builds them try to fix it for over 24 hours he could not figure it out either the thing just did not work or was not wiped properly.

Does not have a touchbar
The media could not be loaded. Does not have a touchbar which shows in the image I returned it and got a refund, shortly after. I didn't have any issues with customer services they're great for that part but I specifically bought this model for the touchbar.

APPLE MAC BOOK
THIS WAS A LIFE SAVER!!!!! My previous one crashed and I was in desperate need of a computer for my music and everyday life things and I searched for a great price and I looked at the reviews and this company stood out amongst the others. I got it very fast. Packaged great! I didn’t have any problems. The details listed exactly how it looks and what came with it! I’m overall a pleased a customer and I will recommend this to any and everyone!!!

A great upgrade
The spacebar on my 2019 Macbook Air could not be repaired so I was looking at a $300-$400 repair bill to replace the entire keyboard. Instead, I purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro with double the RAM and double the memory. It works great. My Macbook Air has 8 GB of RAM but it is simply not enough so I needed an upgrade anyway.The only problem I had was that it came 6 days early when I was not home. FedEx does NOT tell you when they are coming and their phone number only gives a canned message with the inability to speak to a live person. They said they would try again and it would be delivered before 8 PM the next day. Instead, I went to their office and waited until the delivery truck returned.
