Worth it
So I just got my second one because of how much I liked the first one. Solid flashlight. At first I thought it would be one of the smaller ones, it’s not. Going in my go bag

Good design for hand and button placement
When I opened the box I said “oh,wow!” Right away I could see the black flashlight body had interesting textures and form.In my hand this flashlight is so easy to hold and grip, and, very importantly the button is perfectly placed to lineup under my thumb for easy on in the dark. This button placement is key for me while camping because it gets really dark out after the sun goes down and I have other lights that have hard to find on- off buttons and they are so frustrating —but not this flashlight—so I am glad for the intelligent design and button placement.Another useful unexpected feature that I really like is the adjustable zoom spotlight — just pull on the flashlight head and the case easily extends into spotlight mode. Then push it back down for full light coverage again.Spotlight mode is especially useful when putting the key into the lock on my camper door in the dark at night. Or looking for an item nearby when the full on bright mode isn’t needed to find what you’re looking for.The bright mode is the first click on the button and the second click reduces the amount of light to medium mode, as the third click press of the button reduces the light even more, followed by two more flashing modes including one SOS Morse code flashing light.Again intelligent design because the brightest mode is first, when on many other flashlights you have to click through the lower modes to get to the highest and brightest. The rechargeable battery came fully charged in the box, along with a USB cords for recharging, and inserts to use AAA and AA batteries which I have not tried yet in this flashlight. It is a small and powerfully bright flashlight for the size. My photos show the open box with all items, the 4 blue lights that illuminated when I installed the rechargeable battery to indicate that it was fully charged and that also light up blue when the flashlight is in any mode, and some shots of the light shining on forest trees in the dark. What I don’t like as much about the flashlight is that I have to click through all 5 regular modes— excluding spotlight mode—to turn off the flashlight. But with such a convenient button placement I’ll get used to doing this and it is easy to click through quickly. Plus the button is firm and sturdy looking, and there is a little cover on the back charge connection plug in.I will enjoy using this flashlight.

Great flashlight for the value
This is a great little flashlight and it works well when I'm out doordashing at night I can bring the numbers into me by just extending the handle. And I like the jagged edges so should anybody or anything try to harm me I can use that as a weapon

Wow! Major fail on multiple levels. They should be embarrassed.
I was so excited to get this flashlight. I poured over many products on Amazon, compared them, looked at their reviews, and thought I was safe buying this one. But I'll have to return this, which is a disappointment. And means I have to start my search again.CONS(1) Unable to contact seller - Mostly in reference to the warranty and 24/7 customer service. - In their product page, in the initial product details, they brag about both their warranty and how they are available to help 24/7. Then down further where they describe the product with beautiful photos and great wording, they again list their 24/7 availability but there is no link to click on. This is insane! They don't even have a company website. From now on, this will be the first thing I look for when I buy things on Amazon in the future.(2) Recharge Issue - Tried charging the battery. No matter what I do, nothing comes on to state it is charging. Matter of fact, the first time I tried charging? I checked back in 30 minutes later (trying to not let the lack of a charging light to discourage me). The flashlight was very warm and smelled like burnt rubber and something else! Yes, I had the battery in correctly.(3) Turning it off - Somewhere on this page, it states to hold the button for 2 long seconds to turn the light off. Note that I was able to try out the flashlight while using AAA batteries. I could not turn it off. Instead, I had to cycle through the modes to turn it off. Oh! This information isn't in the included user manual. But the box for the product does say to hold it for 1.5 seconds. So which is it? And why does neither work at all?(4) No longer working at all! - Initially I tested the flashlight using brand new AAA batteries. Then I tried to recharge the rechargeable battery. (See #2) After giving up on the rechargeable aspect, I thought maybe I would still keep it since I could use it with AAA batteries. Nope. Now the flashlight doesn't work at all.(5) Widen & Narrow Light - It does have telescope zoom. (Their terms.) It was ok. The difference between a narrow light and broad light isn't very different from each other. For years, I used a Feit flashlight with this and it DID have a big difference on how the light looked when zooming in and out.(6) User Manual - The user manual is a joke. It does have some information. But it lacks so many other basic things like how to turn it off. I shouldn't have to dive into their Amazon product page to find this information. Additionally, there is ZERO information about the company or how to contact them or about the warranty.(7) Lack of use when charging - Disappointed that it didn't include a way to charge the battery outside of the flashlight. Or, at least, give information on how to. Basically, the flashlight is not available for 3-5 hours while it charges. You can use the three AAA batteries to use the flashlight. But that is if you put off charging the rechargeable battery. I have other items (flashlights by another) that includes the charger.PROS - Note that for the most part, these are theoretical pros as the flashlight stopped working an hour after I took it out of the book.(1) Charges fast (in theory) - It is charged by a USB-C cable, which is so much faster (in general) than micro USB.(2) Bright - For when it worked, I loved the brightness.(3) Two ways to power the flashlight - This was a fantastic option. You could either power it with three AAA batteries or the included rechargeable.(4) Weight - It is much lighter than my old Feit flashlight I had for years. This flashlight isn't too heavy but does have enough weight to make it easy to use. The design of the flashlight isn't bad either.(5) Light Indicators - It has a power display to let you know how much charge you have left. I can't remember whether or not these lights lit up when I had the AAA batteries in them. But I think they did?(6) Battery Life - Their estimated battery life for this flashlight was fantastic!
