That phone does not work with any carrier here in the USA. I tried Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, and even the cheapest ones like Mint and Tracfone. None of them supports this phone, so I'm sending it back.

The size is a little getting use to but it does work good and the phone quality it’s like an iPod! Looks it is very very tiny! Kids love it though!

Does not come with SIM card so basically your kid is dissatisfied. I thought maybe I lost the SIM card when I opened the box so I bought a second one and I was wrong, you have to get some form of SIM card to make this device “real”.

Great for little kids to play on but soon as I put the chip in it for calls it just keeps flashing on and off. I turned it off and restarted and also tried doing it on the charger but still does it so i just took the chip to let my daughter play games on it but the battery is only good for up to 20/25 mins if that.

I bought this for my seven-year-old daughter as a birthday present and am returning it.I turned it on and tried to connect to my wifi. This didn't work the first few times. It took time and then connection had to be manual. Then I began signing in to google and this process also had a few failures for no reason. After I finally signed in, I tried to download apps. Both Disney+ and YouTube Kids wouldn't download at first, then after the next few tries, it worked. After that, I tried to find Disney+ but couldn't find it. Youtube kids never showed as having been properly downloaded.I think the unit itself felt solid enough but the software isn't properly functional and needs an overhaul.
