Glad I purchased it. I retrofitted a JuKi DDL-555 that was way too fast to control for a novice leather worker. This servo motor has allowed me slow the machine to controllable stich speed. I can tap the peddle and it 1 stitch. I plan to pair this with a external needle positioner, to give me needle down/needle up programing capabilities

used this motor since march it is a excellent motor and delivers high torque at the lowest speed 200 stitches per minute went through 12 layers of marine canvas did no t break a sweat would highly recomend it

easy to install and setup

Installed on a Juki walking foot sewing machine that I was using for some automotive upholstery. The original motor worked fine but was loud and did not give me the speed control I needed. I wanted to upgrade my power some too, because I could...After shopping and researching and finding little to no information, I came across this motor and decided to give it a shot. I do not regret it!For little money I got a light weight motor that bolted right to my existing holes and was pretty much plug and play. I was able to install it myself in about 30 minutes and didn't require a different belt, although I might go down one size when it is time to replace it.It is silent when turned on which is amazing after using the clutch motor.This is the best upgrade for the money, to any industrial machine. Its super light weight and easy to program and use.

This is a great replacement for the clutch type motor. I can have nice smooth and slow stitching with more precision. I do not need the smaller pulley. I have a Juki from like the 80s, and it's almost a direct bolt in. I had to replace the original bolts with shorter metic bolts. The bolts in the box so not match the threads of my old machine.Overall, In very pleased and will adjst later.The only negative is the instructions are torn a little.The instructions do not show how to install.The old motor is really heavy.

Quiet motor. Perfect replacement!

The motor works great on the sewing machine. But the directions to Program Is Unit are Incorrect As P5 Did Not Want to Come Up on the screen. Rather it came up right away as you hit the program button, you might want to have these directions changed. Or Perhaps include the correct directions for this unit.

- Item is exactly as pictured and worth the price point of $95. I have been in industrial sewing machine sale as repair since 1998 and this unit is almost as good of quality as one I sell for a brand name at 165 dollars.- These new motors are very light weight and powerful this one is no exception.- Programming instructions were about as bad as all the others I have seen so no surprise.
