This is the first and only shilajit I’ve tried but so far I am happy with it. I’ve read that shilajit has a very strong taste to it although this is pretty mild. Maybe because of the addition of some other beneficial ingredients to it. Although I have also started microdosing mshrms around the same time I started this so it’s hard to attribute the full benefits to one. I have felt better energy. Since my new supplements.

The second most noticeable improvement was my thought process and ability to focus. I’ve tried other shilajit resins but this one is far better by taste, it’s not as bitter as the others, the consistency and its strength. It does give energy but not like caffeine however does work .

Tastes good! I don’t even need to dilute it in water, I just put the spoon under my tongue and let it melt. It’s very sticky, so you have to be careful not to get it on your clothes. I haven’t noticed any real change in my energy, but I’ve been doing keto for two months, so my energy is already high, maybe that’s why. I’ll continue to take it thought for the minerals since keto can flush your minerals out.
