Buy this amazing product! I bought lanolin on recommendation by my nurse practitioner to protect a small skin irritation under my cpap nose piece. This has no odor - which can apparently be a problem. he skin irritation is healed. Also the BEST lip balm I’ve ever used and great for dry skin areas and cuticles. (It’s made in the US!) I will buy it again when I run out although it looks like it’ll last a while.

Living in the northeast, I've been struggling with chronically chapped, cracked, even bleeding lips during the winter my entire life. I also tend to bite my lip when I'm stressed out, making the issue so much worse. I've used countless lip balms for years... some quite expensive, and they all only seemed to make me completely dependent on lip balms of various kinds. Enter: this little jar of Pure Lanolin. Seriously, this stuff CURED my dry, cracked lips completely in a matter of days. I honestly couldn't believe it, but it's been a month and my lips (in the dead of winter, in a very stressful month!) are soft as can be. I apply it TWICE A DAY, which - if you've been dependent on lip balm like me - is remarkably infrequent. I used to have to apply lip balms at least 10x/day just to not feel dry and cracked. I cannot recommend this product highly enough.

Amazing product, actually does not have a scent at all. I bought a different product before (Now brand) which STUNK like gasoline and sheep. Glad this one is completely unscented. Also non greasy after it gets absorbed!! My hands and lips are thankful :)

If your face is dry, and you want to protect your youthful glow, this is the product. A dab will do you wonders, and for those of you into slugging, well you need to look no further this is the one. It’s kind of a do it all balm.

I love this product! Im pleasantly surprised. No smell, this is a clean product which is extremely hard to find these days! This will be a staple in my house always as long as they dont change anything. So glad I found this and tried it.

**Background:** So I'm over 50 and in the winter in the northeast and my skin gets really dry in certain areas in the brutal cold. I've been experimenting with products containing Lanolin. I've had some success with Lanolin products keeping those areas protected.** Labeling and first impression:** So this is my biggest issue with this product it says "designed and developed in the US" with an American flag. Then under ingredients it says."100% Australian lanolin”. However, nowhere does it say where it's manufactured I also went to Chialing web site yeah, no information where this is actually manufactured.The process of extracting and refining Lanolin can be done a bunch of different ways. And for something I'm putting on my skin or near my mouth. I wanna know exactly where it was made which includes where it was refined. That is not easily available, which makes me a little concerned.**Product Use and performance:** a very thick greasy paste. It's definitely been refined well and I don't get that strong lanolin smell like the stuff I use for my wool clothing. If you focus you definitely can get hint of that smell but it’s subtle.When applying it, It's pretty thick and somewhat greasy. The absorbency is slow although most of the lanolin products I've used I have at least one other ingredient. Just being pure Lanolin it may just absorb slower. It definitely leaves a layer of grease on your skin long after (good longevity) which is good as it protective but you're definitely gonna feel it on the surface of your skin. Because this is pure land and it's not gonna actually add any moisture, but help keep whatever moisture you have in.so overall I think this is a decent product. I wish the labeling were more transparent in the actual location of manufacturer/refining. As the product itself, it's definitely on the thicker side and it's definitely on the grease your side which takes longer to absorb which also means it's probably protecting you longer. I think it's on the lower end price per ounce for pure lanolin so that makes it a decent value.
