Enhance any workout with this ball!
I have several of these balls. I use the lighter ones for sit-up exercises. And the heavier ones for leg squats.They work wonderfully and they definitely last a long time. The price was excellent, thus making me a happy man.

So far so good, ball has held up to workouts it does not bounce back, price was average to athletic stores so not a great deal but if you need it fast Amazon is convenient. easy to grip even for small hands you get used to how to pick it up.

A "Slam" Dunk Value
This is a good, no-frills slam ball that is going to get the job done. If you don't know what a slam ball is, it's a weighted ball that is not going to bounce and hit you in the face if you slam it at the ground.I'm docking a star since it is a little bit slippery, and obviously it's too soon for me to say whether the product is durable or not. It has survived one slam ball workout though and it was a great value per pound. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Type of surface
I can't speak of durability yet, but it is awesome so far. I go through the process of slamming the ball, but without the slam. I live in an apartment, I dropped the ball from 5 inches from the floor and it shook the whole place. I like that the weight shifts due to the filling, it forces you to stay focused. Once I start to slam it I'll do an update. I bought the one with the knobs on it, that may have a mistake. Wasn't thinking about how the dirt would bet stuck it them. I was thinking about yhe grip ability.
