Respect the pickled pepper
Dice and add to tuna salad, pizza, meat grinder, hamburger. Eat whole from veggie and cheese platters with a cold beer. They make me salivate.

Comes out firm and tasty. These have an excellent flavor. BUT READ HOW BIG THE BOTTLE IS. Tiny in person... We went through the bottle in 2 sittings on grinder night.

Idk what it is but the ones from Amazon vs the ones I get in store are so much more superior! Amazons jars of these are always fully cooked vs my local grocery store has ones that seem they aren’t quite ripe or weren’t cooked/boiled long enough.I always get these here

Not always consistent tasting
Sometimes these have a metallic bitter taste. I usually end up throwing them out then. I've probably purchased five or six cans and only two maybe have had that metallic bitter taste.
