SURGICAL ONLINE 8 Hegar Medical Dilator Sounds Set 7.5inch Double Ended Instrument (Double Ended)

This is a decent set of dialators ranging from 3mm to 18mm. I use these for penile urethra stretching. I like the set because the sizes are double ended - so I'm currently at a 9mm and can gently size up to the 10mm on the same rod. I'm not looking for depth or for sexual play with these but more stretching the urethra for a larger meatus opening (though I'm sure these can work fine for male stimulation). Stretching the male meatus is a slow process and takes some time. These sounds have a nice finish. Note they are hollow so you won't feel the heavier weight that you might with other devices. I like the gentle curve. Good value for the money. Cheers!

The build quality is good with this product. I appreciate the different sizes but would have preferred having size increments by half step rather than one full step. The transition between one size to another is too much in one go so there is usually some pain involved. When they do fit though, they are a neat thing to experiment with. You should boil them if you want to avoid getting UTIs. For those who end up getting a UTI, you should go to your doctor, but be careful as going too often will make them wonder if you have a medical condition. If you are experiencing a lot of pain, use 1tbs of baking soda in a bottle of water. It will taste like you are drinking a saltine or the ocean, but the UTI symptoms will go away the next time you urinate and will stay away for a few days. This is not a solution, but merely a way to help. This works because baking soda is one of the things they prescribe for UTIs, not by name, but by compound.

Beginner here and was very skeptical on this product because there were so many reviews saying there were no half sizes. I didn’t find that to be a problem. Well worth the money!

The quality is great and comes with a nice carrying case but the size increase between sounds is just too big. If you have any experience with sounding you'll know that it's a slow process and not something you want to make big jumps in.

When lubed up with a little gel, slides right in. Fantastic set to acquire and even has markings for both ends to know which size your on. Amazing set and wonderful case to keep them in.
